My head is in a bad spot. I'm sure that some of it is alcohol related, or the lack of alcohol, really. I'm feeling an odd mixture of things... depression, rage, numbness... can't really put it into words.

It's tough to go in any direction. I feel stuck.

My head's all over the place. Not good.
